In less then a year and half major stock market indecies have fallen more than 50% in value from there October 2007 all time highs and just this week closed at there lowest levels in 12 years.
In such a volatile market, what options strategies can we use to try to minimize our risk exposure when trading the stock indices?
In this article, I will discuss such a strategy: the long option straddle position.
