Hot Market by Jim Wyckoff

See on the daily bar chart for December NYMEX crude oil futures that prices are in a strong down-trending channel. Bears have gained the near-term technical advantage and their next objective is to produce closes below solid technical support at $58.00 a barrel. It would take a close back above $64.00 to provide the bulls with some decent upside technical momentum. Bears have strong arguments that a major top is in place in the crude oil and other liquid energy futures markets.

Jim has an EXCELLENT daily newsletter where he reviews different markets, alerts you for potential trades and much more. Included is his great bi-weekly newsletter with charts and a little longer term outlook. We recommend checking out his website, educational CDROM and services at JimWyckoff.com
